Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
– Process orders and provide order status updates to customers
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:
– 2+ years of customer service experience
