Are you an experienced Field Service Technician looking for a new opportunity with a leading company in the healthcare industry? Pacific Blue Cross is currently seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Abbotsford, BC.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support for our healthcare equipment and systems. This includes troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and maximum uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

– Perform on-site installation, repair, and maintenance of medical equipment and systems
– Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide timely and effective solutions
– Complete service reports and documentation in a detailed and accurate manner
– Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
– Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Valid driver’s license
– Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
– Technical diploma or certification is an asset
