IGWM’s digital tools are used to manage day-to-day priorities, handle inbound/outbound client contacts, execute proactive campaigns, and retention activities provided by the Marketing team. Reporting, tools, and analysis are used to track and optimize these activities.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, and developing strategic recommendations to improve financial performance. You will work closely with various departments to gather data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial colleagues. Responsibilities:
– Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and strategic recommendations
– Prepare financial reports, presentations, and forecasts for management
– Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide financial analysis support
– Develop financial models to support business decisions
– Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
– Present findings and recommendations to senior management
– Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related role
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
– CPA or CFA certification preferred
