AECOM is looking for a Civil Engineer/Project Manager to work full-time in their Barrie, ON office. The ideal candidate should have good communication and teamwork skills.
Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Calgary, AB

Salary: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

Our client is a well-established company in the financial services industry, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Process transactions and update customer account information
– Investigate and resolve customer complaints
– Provide product and service information to customers
– Document all customer interactions and transactions
– Identify and escalate priority issues
– Follow up on customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Experience working in a financial services industry is an asset
– High school diploma or equivalent
