Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks such as organizing and scheduling appointments, managing files and records, and providing general support to our team.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and organize office files and records
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
– Assist with data entry and document preparation
– Provide general administrative support to team members
– Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
