School Administrator

Our school is currently seeking a motivated and organized School Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school setting and be comfortable handling a wide range of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
– Manage school office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
– Maintain student records and update database systems as needed
– Coordinate school events and activities
– Assist with student enrollment and registration processes
– Provide administrative support to teachers and staff as needed
– Handle financial responsibilities, such as collecting payments and processing invoices
– Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff members

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
– Previous experience in a school setting preferred
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent attention to detail
