Job Description

Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving issues, answering inquiries, and processing orders.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide information about products and services
– Process orders and returns
– Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Requirements:
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
