Title: Project Manager

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Our client, a leading construction company in Calgary, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, including planning, coordination, and supervision of all aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
– Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
– Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
– Identify and mitigate project risks
– Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management
– Lead project meetings and liaise with stakeholders

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
– PMP certification is an asset
– Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
– Strong communication and leadership skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
