Title: Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

– Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
– Build and maintain relationships with customers
– Provide excellent customer service at all times
– Meet and exceed sales targets
– Keep up to date with product knowledge and promotions
– Participate in store merchandising and maintenance activities
– Handle cash transactions accurately
– Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements:

– Previous retail sales experience is preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent customer service skills
– Basic math skills
– Familiarity with point of sale systems
– Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
