Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our office staff and managing day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Manage email correspondence
– Greet and assist visitors
– Update and maintain office documents and records
– Schedule appointments and meetings
– Assist with office supply inventory
– Perform general administrative duties as needed
– Collaborate with team members on special projects
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
