The position is looking for a versatile team member with experience in project management and a background as a Product Owner/Manager in tech startup environments. The individual will be responsible for delivering on project goals and fostering collaborative excellence within the team.
Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, implementing effective sales strategies, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the sales process. Responsibilities:
– Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales goals and targets
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
– Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management
– Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
– Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop integrated sales and marketing campaigns
– Provide training and guidance to sales team members to improve performance
– Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
– Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of exceeding sales targets
– Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Thorough understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
