The Manager, HR focuses on strategic service delivery to support the business’s day-to-day operations and long-term vision. They are responsible for managing human resources projects in the Ontario Region, using change and project management best practices. They also analyze and make recommendations to improve HR processes and practices.
Title: Client Support Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $20 – $23 per hour

Our company is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Client Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This includes answering client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
– Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide product knowledge and assistance to clients
– Address and resolve client issues in a timely manner
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met

Requirements:
