Air Canada is seeking a Ground Product Design Manager to join their Product team in order to execute on their customer-centric vision. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Design, this role will be responsible for leading the design of ground products with a focus on improving the customer experience.
Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in the Greater Vancouver Area.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
– Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
– Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
– Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide effective solutions
– Ensure accurate and efficient data entry and record keeping

Qualifications:
