We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and via email. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving any issues or complaints, and processing orders. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
