Job Description
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $18 – $22 per hour
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist visitors to the office
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Provide general support to visitors and employees
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
– Perform data entry and assist with bookkeeping
– Create and maintain filing systems
– Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
