Job Description

Store Manager

Location: Joliet, IL

Salary: $60,000 – $75,000

We are currently seeking a Store Manager to join our team in Joliet, IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the store, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

– Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
– Create and implement store policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
– Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed
– Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
– Train and develop staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles
– Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
