Job Title: Retail Garden Center Customer Service

We are looking for a Retail Garden Center Customer Service representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting plants, providing information on care, planting, and maintenance of plants, and processing transactions at the retail garden center.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting plants based on their needs and preferences
Provide information on plant care, planting, and maintenance
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized retail garden center
Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
Assist with plant labeling and merchandising
Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
Knowledge of plants and gardening techniques is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Available to work weekends and holidays
