Financial Controller
Location: Toronto, ON
Job Type: Full-time

Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Financial Controller to join their team in Toronto. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
– Provide financial analysis to support decision making
– Develop annual budgets and forecasts
– Manage the accounting team
– Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
– Assist with the year-end audit process

Qualifications:
– CPA designation is required
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial controller role
– Experience working in a technology company is an asset
– Strong technical accounting skills
