A works project by Alstom is hiring for numerous roles for the GO Expansion On-Corridor Works. They are looking for a Permits, Lands, Approvals and Agreements (PLAA) / Security Manager to handle various aspects of the project, including new electric locomotives, maintenance, and more.
Customer Service Representative
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while guiding them through the purchasing process.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
– Assist customers with order placement, payment processing, and product recommendations
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
– Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat
– Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
Qualifications:
