The PM/Project EHS team provides support to the Project Technical Manager in executing technical activities onshore, including meeting Warranty Manager requirements and conducting RAM data analysis for Reliability Growth. They also support Project Quality and Safety initiatives.
Position: Senior Program Manager
Location: Washington, DC
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing multiple programs to ensure successful delivery within scope and budget.
Responsibilities:
– Plan and execute program activities to meet objectives and key deliverables
– Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with clients
– Develop project management plans, schedules, and budgets
– Monitor and track program progress and report on program performance
– Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful program delivery
– Lead and mentor a team of program managers and project coordinators
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
– Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management
– PMP certification is preferred
– Proven track record of successful program delivery on time and within budget
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
