Title: Food & Beverage Attendant

Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

Salary: $20-$25 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Take customers’ orders and provide menu recommendations
3. Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and work stations
5. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
6. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
7. Assist in food preparation and cleaning duties as needed
8. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
9. Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall dining experience

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a similar role preferred
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Good multitasking and time management skills
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
6. Food Safety Certificate is a plus
