Job Description:

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Individual Tax Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in individual tax preparation and planning, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare and file individual tax returns accurately and on time
– Research and interpret tax laws to ensure compliance
– Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
– Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and answer tax-related questions
– Assist with tax audits and resolving tax issues
– Stay current on changes in tax laws and regulations

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
– CPA certification preferred
– 3+ years of experience in individual tax preparation
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
