Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Calgary, AB

Salary: $22.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, handling inquiries and complaints, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
– Providing product information and assistance to customers
– Processing orders and returns
– Resolving customer issues and complaints
– Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
– Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
– Performing administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– High school diploma or equivalent
