Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and email.

Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries
– Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Providing product information and support to customers
– Processing orders and troubleshooting any issues
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
