The AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services team is focused on increasing revenue and adoption of AWS services. They work on converting marketing-generated leads and self-prospected opportunities to drive business growth.
Job Description:
– Designing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract top talent
– Managing recruitment processes from sourcing candidates to job offer negotiation
– Conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
– Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions
– Building relationships with candidates and keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process
– Utilizing recruiting software and tools to streamline processes and track candidate data
– Participating in networking events and job fairs to build a strong talent pipeline
– Providing regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status
– Staying current on market trends and best practices in recruitment to drive continuous improvement.
