We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate parties
– Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
– Coordinating meetings, including preparing materials and taking minutes
– Sorting and distributing incoming mail
– Maintaining paper and electronic files
– Assisting with data entry and other clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of office administration experience
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
