Job Description:

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for accurately recording all financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial data is entered correctly into our accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:
– Keep accurate records of financial transactions
– Prepare and send invoices to customers
– Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
– Prepare financial reports for management
– Work closely with other departments to ensure financial data is up to date
– Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers
– Assist with payroll processing as needed
