The Amazon Flex team is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager in California to lead the acquisition and onboarding process. This role involves managing a team responsible for creating and implementing online and offline marketing campaigns at both country and regional levels.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company’s products to customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:
– Generate leads and drive sales through cold calling, networking, and other sales tactics
– Build relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
– Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
– Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
– Prepare sales reports and update CRM system with relevant information
– Collaborate with marketing and other team members to develop sales strategies and campaigns

Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
