Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Process customer orders and provide order status updates
– Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues
– Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
– Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a customer service role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Detail-oriented and organized
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
