ACML in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee their accessibility program. The ideal candidate will be based in Vancouver and have experience in facilities management. This is a full-time Manager/Supervisor role.
Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: North Vancouver, Canada

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience

Our company is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Greet clients and visitors
– Manage and organize office files and documents
– Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory
– Perform data entry tasks

Qualifications:
