We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record of driving sales growth, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
– Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
– Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed targets
