Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Montreal, QC

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team in Montreal, QC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, managing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
– Answer inbound calls and emails from customers
– Provide accurate and timely information on products and services
– Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
– Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
– Maintain customer records and update information as needed

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
