Job Description

Sales & Services Manager

The Sales & Services Manager (SSM) is responsible for managing sales activities within the allocated market to achieve revenue and customer acquisition goals. The SSM will lead a team of Sales Representatives and ensure that they are meeting their targets through effective coaching and performance management. The SSM will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and identifying growth opportunities. Additionally, the SSM will collaborate with the Marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
– Lead and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to meet and exceed targets
– Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve performance
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
– Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns
– Prepare regular reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key partners

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
– 5+ years of experience in sales management
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Strong leadership and coaching skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
