The Senior Developer-Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing project management and service operations systems under the guidance of the Project Management & Service Operations and Readiness Manager.
Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on various data sets to help drive business decisions and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
– Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights
– Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making
– Develop and maintain data models and forecasting tools to inform business strategy
– Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to optimize processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
– Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as R, Python, or SAS
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and presentation abilities
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
