Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $16.00 per hour

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be friendly and outgoing, and have the ability to problem solve and think on their feet.

Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and emails from clients
– Providing information on products and services
– Assisting with order processing and returns
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
– Providing support to the sales team as needed

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
