The Director of CRM & DTC Guest Insights at ARC’TERYX in North Vancouver, B.C. will lead CRM marketing initiatives for the company’s ecommerce department. Reporting to the SVP of Global Digital Commerce, this role involves utilizing guest insights to drive direct-to-consumer sales.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and coordinating marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
