The Director, CRM & DTC Guest Insights at ARC’TERYX in North Vancouver, B.C. will lead CRM marketing efforts for the company’s direct-to-consumer channels. Reporting to the SVP, Global Digital Commerce, this role will focus on understanding and engaging with customers to drive business growth.
Title: Financial Analyst

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports and financial statements, and providing financial insights and recommendations to help drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:

– Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations
– Prepare financial reports, presentations, and forecasts
– Monitor financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis
– Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
– Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required
– Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
