Retail Store Manager

Our client, a well-known retail company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to join their team. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s operations including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
2. Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals, KPIs, and profitability targets
3. Develop and implement strategies to drive store traffic and increase sales
4. Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize overstock and out-of-stock situations
5. Train and coach staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
6. Handle customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner
7. Conduct regular store meetings to communicate company updates and objectives
8. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience
– Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities
– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
