Job Description
Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and organize all administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties
– Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
– Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
