Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and in-person.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Provide product information and pricing to customers
– Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues
– Work closely with the sales team to provide support as needed
– Maintain accurate customer records in the database
– Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Bilingual in English and French is an asset
