Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring their needs are met. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
– Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
– Ensure client needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner
– Address any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively
– Liaise with internal teams to coordinate client requests
– Provide regular updates and reports to clients on their account status
– Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
– Proven experience in client services or account management
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Experience working in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
