Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Shipping Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, packing, and shipping products to customers or other locations. The Shipping Clerk will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all shipments and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
– Receive incoming shipments and verify contents
– Pack and ship products according to customer specifications
– Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking numbers and delivery dates
– Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and tracking information
– Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse environment preferred
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to lift and move heavy packages
– Basic computer skills and knowledge of shipping software
