Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or in person
– Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Providing product information and recommendations to customers
– Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
