The Key Account Project Coordinator at the Mississauga branch office of ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems will be working with key accounts in over 100 countries as part of the division within ASSA ABLOY. The role will involve coordinating projects and maintaining relationships with key clients.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
– Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
