In spring 2019, Fairmont Hotel Vancouver completed a $75 million, five-year multiphase revitalization project. The hotel aims to provide guests with elegant experiences at their “home away from home.” They are currently looking to hire an Assistant General Manager for their Notch8 restaurant and In Room Dining services.
Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and assisting with inquiries and concerns. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively handle a high volume of calls and emails.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Provide accurate information about products and services
– Process orders and handle returns and exchanges
– Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department
– Maintain customer records and update information as needed
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Meet established productivity and quality standards

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
