The Assistant Project Manager within the IT PMO will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, executing work based on established program and project management guidelines.
Job Description

Our company is looking for a dedicated and experienced Receptionist to handle client-facing duties as well as general office management tasks. When our clients walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

– Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
– Answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate personnel
– Take inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed
– Assist in organizing office events and meetings
– Perform general clerical duties to support the office as needed
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a related field
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
– Professional appearance and demeanor
