Position: Civil Construction Coordinator

Location: Edmonton, AB

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 a year

Our client, a well-established construction company based in Edmonton, AB, is seeking a Civil Construction Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and budget requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

– Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish
– Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring timelines are met
– Monitor and manage project budgets and costs
– Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and executed
– Conduct site inspections to ensure work is being completed according to specifications
– Address any technical issues or challenges that arise during construction
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
– Provide regular progress reports to management and project stakeholders

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
– 3+ years of experience in civil construction coordination
