Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. The IT Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting system issues, managing hardware and software installations, and ensuring the overall functionality and security of the IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support and assistance to end-users
– Troubleshoot system issues and identify root causes
– Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
– Monitor and maintain the overall functionality and security of the IT infrastructure
– Collaborate with team members to implement and maintain IT solutions
– Develop and maintain technical documentation

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in IT support or related field
– Strong knowledge of hardware and software installations
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
– IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
