Salary: $24 – $28 per hour

CCIS is an immigrant settlement agency that provides a wide range of settlement services to immigrants and refugees looking to integrate into Canadian society. They are currently looking for an Adult Resource Coordinator for their housing department.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and facilitate housing orientation sessions for newcomers
– Conduct needs assessments and provide information and referrals to housing-related resources
– Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with housing providers and agencies
– Assist clients in finding and securing appropriate housing that meets their needs
– Provide ongoing support to clients in the areas of budgeting, tenancy rights, and related issues
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of housing programs and services

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the field of housing and/or settlement services
