Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This position will require the candidate to provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers both over the phone and in person. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:
– Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
– Acting as a liaison between customers and various departments within the organization
– Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
– Providing product information and recommendations to customers
– Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring confidentiality of customer information

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
